SI International, LLC was started in 2014 by Roger D Phelps. With over 40 years in the Construction industry, Roger D Phelps has studied architecture and is an accomplished and nationally recognized commercial building designer. His deep knowledge of structural design has allowed SI International, LLC, to design and build award winning structures including churches and aircraft hangars. Mr Phelps, President of SI International, LLC, hold a General Contractor’s license in California, Arizona and Nevada.
